NTFS: No ''data stream associated with file

Tested on my Kupgrade board (CORE-10152), 3rd stage reached.
When I tried to access my driver folder (D:\Software) on the ntfs partition the above error occurs. I made sure that there's no compressed or even fragmented file any more (there was but made no difference). Different Folder could be read w/o probs. Backtraced and rebooted i get this:
