MSVC 2005: Job object failed when compiling with IDE

    Description

      When trying to compile any Win32 project with MSVC 2005 Express IDE, immediately getting error: "The job object used to control the spawned processes has failed."
      VBox 5.0.36, VC++ 2005 Express, bootcd-75395(rosbe).iso.
