Broken theming of active task on taskbar

    Description

      Theming of active task on taskbar in ReactOS is broken. Inactive theming is OK. When selecting the task on taskbar by mouse cursor, theming is normal. For example I used Royale 2006 Style. But this bug is present in another themes, except classic style.
