Themes enabled, The icon in the title is not aligned correctly

    Description

      Can be tested with most themes, I tested with WaterColor 4.3 from rapps.

      • The titlebar icon of a window is misaligned in y
      • And it's alignment jumps to the correct position when that icon is clicked with the left mouse cursor (to open up the submenu)
