FileOptimizer tool doesn't save original files to Recycle Bin

It is tool for file size optimization. After file optimization File Optimizer must copy original of file to Recycle Bin (appropriate parameter is there in Settings).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add any file to FileOptimizer
2. Click "Optimize all files"
3. Wait for process will be ended

Actual result: after optimization process old file not copied to Recycle Bin. Original file is lost as it had been overwritten by optimized file.

Expected result: old file copied to Recycle Bin. Original file had been overwritten by optimized file (it is ok, original saved to Recycle Bin)

Please note: it works properly on Windows 10.
