LiveCD crashes on win32k.sys

To reproduce this bug, you have got to press "Enter" and then "Install ReactOS" every time until it breaks into the debugger mode (since the LiveCD will not let you installing ReactOS other than just trying it because it throws a "Userinit has failed to start"). The affected trunk build is r75496 and I generated a debug backtrace with bt.
