LibreOffice 5.4.0.3 from rapps Swriter dead-locks in RtlpWaitForCriticalSection when opening arbitrary txt file via file open dlg via double-click

This is 100% reproducible for me

When I open an arbitrary txt file in swriter via double-click, the application hangs and needs to be killed.

Log shows some relocations and sometimes (but not necessarily) recurring:
(../../win32ss/user/ntuser/msgqueue.c:1271) err: MsqSendMessage timed out 2 Status 102

In case you wait long enough you'll see:
ERROR: RtlpWaitForCriticalSection at ../../sdk/lib/rtl/critical.c:172
Deadlock: 0x000C8288

Contrary when we open the file via the "open" button in the same dialog, it does not hang, the double-click is important to make it happen!

LibreOffice 5.4.0.3 Calc also deadlocks when opening arbitrary .xls.
Log shows also some relocations then.

Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2 also swriter and calc both deadlock when opening txt/xls.
