ReactOS ISO flashed to a USB drive doesn't boot

    Description

      Using ReactOS r75591, vgal's latest usbohci_new from https://github.com/vgalnt/reactos/commits/usbohci_new, Windows Server 2003's usbehci.sys, and a regular USB removable drive flashed with the resulting bootcd.iso, I cannot boot from USB on a Dell Latitude D531.

      Booting fails early with bugcheck 0x7B (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE).
