Dell Dimension 4600 does not boot liveCD

The ReactOS liveCD revision 75643 crashes while running on a Dell Dimension 4600 (detailed specs from Speccy attached). I can get to the operating system selection screen, but it crashes on every option. It appears to get past loading the .sys files (according to debug mode), but crashes with an assertion failed: j < 32 in halx86/generic/bios.c line 403 (according to screen mode). Unfortunately, I don't have the hardware to get a log from serial port yet, but I do have picture of the screen at the point where it crashes. The only peripheral I have plugged in booting ReactOS is a PS/2 keyboard and a monitor.
