[RAPPS] Add ZeroBrane Studio to the RAPPS repository

The installation runs fine, no critical errors occurred. The only exception being the "destination folder" as ZeroBrane Studio (the folder is automatically extracted within Desktop) instead of C:\Program Files\ZeroBrane Studio. You must set the destination path manually. The installation doesn't create a shortcut of the application, you must do that yourself (the main executable of the application is zbstudio.exe inside the folder).

The application runs fine, you can write Lua code text flawlessly, it saves .lua type files without issues and it can load them without problems. No BSoDs or anything critical occurred during the use of this application.

In other words, it would be nice having ZeroBrane Studio Lua IDE in RAPPS. I find this tool quite useful for Lua coverage needs and I never had problems or incosistencies.
