Theme of the Command Line window does not change for just now installed theme

Scenarion 1: 

1. Take any XP theme
2. Run .msstyles file and and press "Apply" or "OK" on parameter window
3. Run cmd

Actual result: all windows has newly installed style however cmd window has a previously installed style.

Scenario 2:

1. Install ReactOS (set classic theme in installer)
2. Change theme to Lautus
3. Run cmd
