Folder Size application crashes

http://foldersize.sourceforge.net/

When attempted to start FolderSize.exe, I got error:

The instruction at "0x000404ecb" referenced memory at "0x00000000" . The memory could not be "Read".

Debug log attached. I opened it lots of times for measure. I also got some other error as well upon hovering over, though I forgot to read it.
