unlikely BSOD 0x7E from unhandled kernel mode exception NTOSKRNL / TCPIP during downloading a package via rapps

r75830 gcc dbg on VBox 4.3.40 1000MB RAM

I got a BSOD 0x7E after a fresh installation when I tried to download a package via rapps.
(a BSOD can not be a rapps issue here)

Reproducibility is most likely very poor, so please don't ask for reproducation steps.
I create this ticket to allow the devs having a look at it at least once.

If this ticket is still not solved a year after creation, feel free to close it as 'Cannot Reproduce'. I will never be able to retest this.
