sysdm.cpl doesn't show checkbox control

    Description

      sysdm.cpl -> Advanced [tab] -> System Settings [button]

      Bug: The "Report as Workstation" checkbox isn't shown when the popup window appears.

      Patch: attached file "sysdm.cpl.patch"
