Blank "My Documents" folder

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install ReactOS (all parameters by default, English language)
      2. Open My Documents folder

      Expected result: three subfolders (My Music, My Pictures, ...)

      Actual result: blank My Documents folder

      Please note: this subfolders will created if you install Reactos with Russian language
