[LiveCD] ReactOS hangs on system hive loading during startup

The bootstrap of ReactOS results in an instant freezing upon loading the system hive component. Choosing alternative options such as Debugging and Screen don't seem to work at all. Neither launching ReactOS through custom booting options (F8 > Custom Boot Options) works. 

The test has been done using a LiveCD ISO (boot through a CD-RW disk, no USB stick!!!) and the version of ReactOS is 0.4.6 (r75709). The PC rig used during this test is described below:
