Freeloader's timer countdown is displayed incorrectly

Changing the timer count within System > Advanced > Startup & Recovery > Time to display the list of OSs results in the count timer being shown incorrectly during the startup of Freeloader component.

To reproduce the bug is very easy to do so, just pick any number for the count time, save the settings, reboot ReactOS and you'll see the number count being displaced incorrectly. The tested revision is r75953.
