Instability when running on low memory configurations (64-128 MiB)

    Description

      Based on this video, where ReactOS 0.4.6 was tested on ridiculously small memory configurations. The results:

      8-32 MiB - the system would not boot.
      64 MiB - the system hangs on invocation of logoff screen.
      128 MiB - the system hangs on attempt to run Firefox
