Firefox drawInTitlebar window title bar is missing X minimize maximize

The [X] minimize and maximise in firefox versions that draw the menu in the titlebar is missing/invisible.  You can still click on the buttons but they are invisible.

A way to fix this in firefox is to type about:config in the URL bar then search for "drawInTitlebar" and set it to false.  This will fix it but it would be nice if the OS supported this feature being enabled.
