[sdk/lib] Sort out "rossym_new/", with regard to "rossym/"

rossym/ and rossym_new/ have different codes.
They seem not to have been touched for some time.

We should probably do something about rossym_new/, like:
*Delete, if useless.
*Merge, if ready.
*Move to a (Git) branch, if still in progress.
