Drag and drop behavior is different from Windows - ctrl key

In Windows, I'm used to pressing the ctrl key before dragging a file/object to do a copy instead of a move. ReactOS ignores the pressing of the ctrl key and does a move instead of a copy. I must press the ctrl key in the middle of dragging the file to perform a copy. Unexpected behavior for me basically and I noticed this after reading about the improvements in drag and drop with newer builds of ReactOS.
