It takes 8seconds to open up about dlg of DevCPP 5.11

Orwell Dev-C++ TDM GCC x64 5.11
VBox 4.3.40 without additions, 1000MB RAM, VBEMP

I don't remember having waited 8seconds for the about dialog to open up in the past.
We have some serious performance bottle-neck here.
Eventually it is related to the scrollable area displaying GNU license?

Side-note: about-dlg of DoubleCommander currently also takes very long (maybe both have something in common).
