StrFormatByteSizeA/W functions are not language aware

Details

    Description

      It's not possible to make translation of units used in this function (KB, MB, GB, etc).
      In russian Windows 2003 these units are correctly translated (КБ, МБ, ГБ).

      StrFormatByteSizeW implementation

      Currently high-affected ReactOS applications are:
      RAPPS and Explorer

       

      Note: These functions and library are synced with Wine.
