Explorer shows error when closing disk properties window

    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Open disk properties
      2. Close disk properties
      3. ...
      4. PROFIT!!!

      Unable to show properties (Error Code: 1003).

      Looks like this error message was introduced in 6465705 by katayama_hirofumi_mz.

      Also cc Smiley as committer. Debug log and screenshots attached.
