System unresponsive after ejecting CD manually

    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Boot ReactOS with CD image inserted
      2. Open "My Computer", then close it
      3. Eject CD with hardware (using VirtualBox interface)
      4. Open "My Computer" again

      Result: window does not show up, and not possible to shutdown system correctly.
