Snoopy 1.0 from rapps crashes with messagebox when switching to fullscreen the second time

Repro-steps:
start the game
it will start in fullscreen, sidenote: leaving taskbar visible
navigate through the menu until you see the fullscreen checkbox
uncheck "fullscreen", game will switch to windowed, sidenote: window is slow upon moving
check "fullscreen" again, the game will crash displaying a messagebox
