System freeze during heavy exception spam when testing .NET 2.0 against nLite 1.4.9.3

I intended to test .NET Framework 2.0 from rapps
My usual test app for this is nLite 1.4.9.3

The log shows whole installation process of .NET2.0 on fresh ros followed by reboot.
Then I installed nLite 1.4.9.3 and the app could start up.
I could not close nLite via top-right-closing-x which is a regression in itself because that did still work in CORE-12243

I minimized the app to tray and restored it.
Under heavy exception spam I tried to open the taskmgr, but it was too late already.
Taskmgr did not start up, but system froze while still exceptions were flying in.
