spice-guest-tools do not work properly

    Description

      After installing latest spice-guest-tools with VirtIO drivers used by QEMU I get a black screen after reboot. Support for QXL is reported as fixed in CORE-9779 and qxl-0.1-21 seems to work fine, yet other SPICE-related components have problems.
