SERVMAN trivial - top-right-closing-x must be pressed twice to close a services property-page

ged asked me for some feedback on new modeless servman: I like it very much, modeless is great, still one minor thing I noticed:

Open servman.exe
Double-click a service in the listview
property page of a service does start up
when you try to close this dlg via top-right-closing-x in title-bar the dialog will not close. But it will properly close on the second click.

Nothing is logged then, therefore I attached no log.

I double-checked: The issue can also be observed when starting our 0.4.8-dev-257-servman.exe on WinXP, so the issue must be compiled into the binary.

I double-checked: Our servman.exe of 0.4.7rls is not affected on WinXP.
Speculation: Therefore It's likely that this minor glitch was introduced by 0.4.8-dev-255-gceb1e0b or 0.4.8-dev-257-ge36b89a.
