Application manager (rapps.exe) crash after app database

After running Application manager by desktop icon, rapps.exe loads application database, than error occured (Assertion failed).

After skipping this window, it repeated to infinity.

ReactOS: 0.4.7, installed from bootCD.

Environment: Oracle VirtualBox 4.3.0 r89960.

Virtual RAM: 2048 MB.

Virtual disks: c: - 10 GB (IDE at VDI), d: - 10 GB (IDE at VDI).

Virtual network adapter: PCnet-FAST III (Am79C973).

If rapps.exe run from cmd, it also trying to load application database, but after it program crashed without any error messages.
