ReactOS 197ec4c Will Not Boot in VMware Player 12

I can no longer install ReactOS bootcd gcc-lin in VMware Player 12.

Version tested was reactos-bootcd-0.4.8-dev-391-g197ec4c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso downloaded from the daily builds.

This hangs on the first screen and I cannot enter any input to try and get a back trace.

This worked fine about a day ago and I will try and run some regression tests when I have the time. The Debug Log is attached.

This also affects my local builds, so I am limited in my ability to do debugging.
