Opera 10.50 very slow started

    Description

      Very slow to start Opera browser. After launching the browser window could not be painted for approximately 1 minute.

      In the log repeated lines:
      err:(dll/win32/msafd/misc/dllmain.c:1970) Async Connect UNIMPLEMENTED!
      TCP operation failed: 0xc000013b (-10)
      TCP operation failed: 0xc000013b (-10)
