Critical Regression: ROS can not longer show BSODs on gcc builds

Critical regression.
I tested ros 0.4.8-dev-393-gf461c45 gcc dbg (+ putty com0com debugging as always).
Ros does not longer show BSODs for me as it should but simply hangs without breaking into debugger.
I tested this on multiple unfixed BSODs and they behave identically, e.g.: CORE-13907 and CORE-13629.

I very much suspect the recent changes in NTOS:KD to be responsible (work of CORE-14057) committed in 3 parts:
