ViGlance: broken compositing

This utility make a seven-like superbar and Start orb in windows XP or 2003. In ReactOS after installing Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime 6 SP6 (msvbvm60.dll) she works too, but with known compositing problems in the superbar and the orb. The Start orb (ViOrb) builtin in ViGlance, doesn't open the Start Menu. It opens only if the ViOrb moves to the background.
Opened windows succesfully shows by ViGlance, but their drawing is bad. The tasks draws only if open context menu on the superbar imitated by program. Window previews are not visible too. See screenshots.
