7zip dll implemention: rewrite shell folders implementation

Hi,

a possible for download and adding the 7zip dll in the shell would be very nice
the support of the File extensions could be there and be maintained by 7zip.
With there it would really nice a working together with the 7zip would be very advantageous/
beneficial, favorable and profitable for reactos and would maybe help to make the Community more grate
