Not possible to set custom mouse cursors

    Description

      I can choose and preview .cur files in mouse settings. The settings are saved normally, but the actual mouse cursor is not changed (reboot doesn't help either).

      Noticed this in debug log:

      (../win32ss/user/ntuser/sysparams.c:1410) err: SPI_SETCURSORS is unimplemented

      Attached custom cursor file for tests.
