Date/Time Control Panel - Internet Time - Update Now Fails

    Description

      When you select the Internet Time tab of the Date/Time Control Panel Applet and check the box for "Automatically synchronize.." the "Update Now" button becomes enabled. When clicked nothing happens. This patch attempts to fix this case.
