Regression: Chrome 37.0.2062.124-6932 can not longer browse but dies with unhandled exception

VBox 4.3.40 1000MB RAM
Earlier I could use the following Chrome version 37.0.2062.124 to browse successfully:

Reproduction steps: reprosteps_and_0.4.8dev-595-fail.webm

• execute the installer (Chrome will start at the end)
• Close Chrome
• Terminate the chrome.exe process in taskmgr
• add the option "--no-sandbox" to the lnk
• restart Chrome
• browse.

This did still work in 0.4.8dev-159 gcc dbg & 0.4.7rls

In 0.4.8dev-595 Google Chrome dies when I try to browse like this with unhandled exception thrown from chrome_child.dll

I will search for the exact guilty rev and consider this a 0.4.8rls blocker!
