F10 does not open main menu

    Description

      Alt+The underlined letter in each item in the main menu of a program should open the corresponing menu. I. e. Alt+F would open the &File menu.

      Alt by itself should give focus to the main menu, but not open any menu.
      F10 should mimic the behaviour of Alt by itself.
