Asus X553S does not boot

The laptop never completes the booting process. I have tried stable releases 0.4.7, 0.4.8 and test build livecd-0.4.8-dev-732-g73e6bc9-x86-msvc-win-dbg. All 3 versions stop at the same step. Since the laptop does not finish booting and I am unsure of how to obtain a log file, I have included photos of the blue screen and step within the booting process the laptop stops. And I have included the most relevant specs from an msinfo32 readout.
