CCleaner 3.04.1389 properly draws bitmaps on buttons when we are unthemed, but does not draw them when we are themed

    Description

      ros 0.4.8-dev-792 gcc dbg.

      Use CCleaner 3.04.1389 ccsetup304.exe
      When we are unthemed, the app can properly draw the bitmaps on its buttons, but does not draw them when we are themed. see ccleaner.webm

      0.4.8-dev-792.log

      ccleaner-regressionTest.txt does not help much.
