Wrong reported "DETECTEDxxx" PnP compatible IDs

Our PnPMgr builds wrongly the "DETECTEDxxx" PnP compatible ID strings, and this reflects in what devmgr returns: see ros_0.4.8-dev_pnp_bug.png (left: on ReactOS, right: on Windows).
What needs to be done is to strip the "\Driver\" part.
Culprit code should be around line 255 of pnpreport.c.
