The "Properties for Date/Time" clock skips seconds.

This is a fresh install of ReactOS on VMWare. The clock keeps skipping seconds. The seconds it skips seem to become lower numbers every minute. I set the time to "Central Time (US and Canada)" on setup, even though the time zone affects nothing as far as I can tell.
