Some segmented progress bars are displayed incorrectly.

In ReactOS, segmented progress bars are displayed incorrectly. At the end of the bar, you can see a section that is not the same size as the rest. The expexted appearance is that the segment at the end is the same size as the rest, and has the same padding to the right as the first one has to the left. Attached is a demonstration of the issue.
