Reproduction steps:
-Download TileWorld from rapps
-within the extractor select the button "Browse"
-This will open FileOpenDlgProc95()
-Click the "create new folder" button
Observed result:
A folder "New Folder" is created and not selected
Expected Result:
A folder "New Folder" is created, and selected and in "renaming mode" (which means you just can input the intended name and confirm renaming by enter)
Eventually we can get some inspiration by [SHELL32] SHBrowseForFolder() which is already capable to automatically invoke the "renaming mode" upon creating a new folder.

Btw the same "renaming mode" should also be possible by selecting an already existing file or folder in that dlg and hit F2 on keyboard.
