The special "Desktop" folder shows the full path to the user's desktop folder.

This takes you to the special "Desktop" folder. However, This folder is not the user's desktop folder. it is a special folder that combines desktop folders together. This folder should simply display "Desktop" in the address bar. What's more, pressing "enter" in the address bar doesn't take you to the user's desktop folder, which is what should happen if you try to use that path.
