Effective File Search 6.8.1 when you open up the app via desktop link there is no pane in taskbar

      Effective File Search 6.8.1 from rapps

      Start the app via its desktop link

      Expected behavior:
      -the app starts up and gets a pane that can be clicked in taskbar

      Observed behavior:
      -the app starts up but gets absolutely no pane in taskbar. This implies the only way to bring it back after minimizing is to alt+tab
