msi setup of Far Manager needs to be uninstalled twice and is uninstalled incompletely even then

If you uninstall the program first time, it will report success, although all files will remain in file-system. The entry in rapps persists as well

If you uninstall the program second time, it will report success, although all files will remain in file-system. The entry in rapps is gone after second uninstall attempt
