Deselect installed applications in Application Manager

When a first set of applications were selected and installed, then another set of applications are selected, the installers of the first set will be restarted.

Expected behavior:

have the set of applications deselected once the installation process was started. Best would be to monitor installation success and leave selected if unsuccessful, if possible.
