pdfSam 2.2.4 (Java) listview header automatically works against the user upon resizing

(I noted this for 0.4.6rls & 0.4.7rls already)

pdfSam 2.2.4 (not the version from rapps!!!) against Java 7u80 from rapps.

Reproduction steps
-start pdfSam 2.2.4 main app
-in the treeview to the left, select 'plugins'
-click on the 'rotate' plugin
-you'll see a listview.
-try to resize the header 'file name'.
The listview automatically resizes back slowly to its original size (while you still drag)

Nothing is logged while trying to resize the listview header.
